First show of the year went really well! A total of 8 minis from the club took the drive up to Bingley Hall. We all just about managed to get there, although one member had a minor problem with his fuel pump and had to be towed there by another member in a normal car, luckily he was able to get it fixed for the journey home! The usual trade stands and club stands there, some new and regular minis attended the show and as always with British Mini Club shows, the raffle to win a mini was a highlight of the day and the first time for it be drawn twice!!! The first ticket to be pulled out was not claimed, and there was a mix up with the second ticket! Unfortunately none of members were fortunate enough to win it, better luck next time!! All in all a good day out and a good kick start to this years shows.

WEST COUNTRY MINIS WOULD LIKE WISH EVERYONE A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR FOR 2010!! Some of our members attended the annual WCM xmas meal at our local meeting pub, The Rose & Crown. We had a lovely meal, a good catch up with the members, and even santa made an apperance to deliver some presents to the boys and girls, and they all sat on santa's lap which he very much liked. See you all next year!

Well what a very poor mini show! And expensive for what it was. One room, no bigger than a leisure centre size hall, of a few minis and a couple of stalls for £7.50? I was not impressed and nor were the rest of the members that went. I should imagine there will be a few complaints made to the organisers and mini mag! So at about 12ish we had a mad idea and decided to head down to weston for fish and chips! It was such a laugh even if it was raining, then we headed to the amusements for a bit of a giggle!

Something a bit different to the norm. Some of us decided to go out for the evening and go to the indian! And what a great night it was, an evening, of fun, laughter and a chance to catch up and not chat about minis all night! Im sure there will be another evening organised in the near future. Here's a couple of pictures taken on the night!

What a night! Everyone made such an effort for this years halloween party, and we all looked great, even Morris made an effort! A big thank you to Spanners for organising this years event, with onesize sorting the music, trigg, neonpinky, miniscout & Rob helping with decorations and thanks to Miniscout for letting us have use of the Scout hut, and anyone else who helped it's all appreciated. Congratulations goes to Titch, for winning best fancy dress costume, who took time and effort to make hew costume, so well done! Here's to the next Halloween Bash.

WCM took a nice little drive up to the second malvern show of the year. With 5 minis attending the show, it certainly made one of our members day! AndyAutogas won, section 10, winner best customised/modified and received 2 plaques, for his customised Domino! As you can imagine he was made up with this, it goes to show all that hard work, good and bad days pays off in the end, so a big congratulations to him from all at WCM! Not a massive show to end the season, but alot of our beloved minis are now tucked up for winter, but still a nice day out.

That's right, Wcm paid a visit to West Midland Safari park last sunday 18th oct! A brisk day but lovely sunshine! A really fun day out to see the animals, we only had one mini and one bini though as alot of them are off the road now for the winter, but still a good turn out! We will organise another trip to this safari park next year when it's a bit more warmer and hopefully get a few more minis to go along.

What a show! Set in lovely grounds this really is a nice, big show, and to see so many turn out for this is amazing. The weather could of been a little wamer but it didn't stop everyone enjoying the show. There was some eye catching minis at this event, as you can tell by the pictures below, but also some outstanding minis. This is definately one to go to if you have not been before.
